The Leader360™ has been uniquely designed for Christian leaders in the Australian context. It provides a practical tool to support the growing culture to invest in leadership accountability and growth observed within churches and Christian organisations.

The Leader360™ is a professional development instrument that provides valuable feedback to the leader being reviewed. It may be used in the appraisal of an individual for the purposes of career, personal and ministry development, annual review, employment consideration and general self-understanding.

The questionnaire identifies key leadership competencies in Christian ministry. There is a set of questions listed under each competency. A unique feature of the Leader360™ is the development of a series of questions designed for specific roles, along with the option of adding additional questions tailored to the goals, objectives, values, work culture and role responsibilities in the Reviewee's ministry context. A group of people who know the leader and have experienced or observed their ministry are nominated to answer the questionnaire. The reviewers should include supervisors, mentors, peers, team members, direct reports, volunteer leaders and people who receive their ministry.

The results of the questionnaire are confidential to the leader being reviewed and their supervisor, and in some cases, where agreed, an external consultant. The insights that emerge in the written report and debrief interview help the Reviewee to strategically invest in their growth as a leader, positively impacting the ministry in which they serve.
